Credit Authorization

By submitting your request, you provide written instructions under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) authorizing:

1. Us, our Lending Partners, and their designated intermediaries (such as lender networks/aggregators and their service providers) to obtain your consumer report for the following purposes: (i) verifying your identity, (ii) evaluating your eligibility for credit products, (iii) fraud prevention and compliance, and (iv) providing any legally required notices related to your request.
   Such reports may include “soft” or “hard” inquiries.
2. Us and personal-finance related service providers, including but not limited to JG Wentworth, National Debt Relief, Debt.help, Accredited Debt Relief, RoundSky, AmOne, CuraDebt, DebtMD, Pacific Debt Relief, and ClearOne, to obtain your consumer report only via a “soft” inquiry and solely to determine your eligibility for their programs. These inquiries will not affect your credit score, but may appear on your credit file.

You acknowledge that:

• Your consumer report may be accessed more than once in connection with your request (for example, for initial pre-evaluation and, if you proceed, by one or more lenders to make a credit decision).
• This authorization will remain in effect for future, similar credit-related requests you initiate through our website or services, unless and until you withdraw it.
• This means that if you revisit our website to seek another loan or credit offer, we and our authorized partners may rely on this same written instruction to obtain your consumer report again for the limited purposes described above.
• We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions or determine final eligibility. Those decisions are made solely by the applicable lender.
• We do not disclose your consumer report to any third parties. We may use service providers (e.g., secure cloud hosting) acting on our instructions to store/process data for us.
• You may withdraw these written instructions at any time for future access by contacting us at contact@mybearloan.com. Your withdrawal will not affect: (a) any access that has already occurred, or (b) any eligible party’s ability to obtain your report under its own permissible purpose/authorization.
• A non-exhaustive, regularly updated list of our Lending Partners, certain designated intermediaries and personal-finance related service providers appears on our Marketing Partners list. This list is provided for identification only and does not expand the scope of your Credit Authorization, which applies solely to the categories and providers identified in this Credit Authorization.
